- Job description: Qualification and Experience: Computer graduate with 2-3 Years experience as System / Network Engineer with reputed System Integrator in India. Primary Areas of Focus: LAN & WAN Networking (Hands on Firewall and network work experience) Windows Server System Administration and maintenance. Cyber Security Project Implementation (SIEM, Syslog-NG, NPM, ePO, Fortinet products, IDS, unidirectional gateway/data diaod) Primary Skills: 2-3 Years of experience in successfully installing, upgrading, and configuring innovative applications on Windows Server and client Operating Systems and providing technical support to optimize workflows and minimize business interruptions Essential Job Functions: Should be capable to handle daily IT task and problem solving for Corporate and Regions. Should have 2-3 years experience and proficient in handling daily calls related to Networking (WAN, LAN, VLAN, Router, Firewall and Switches), Internet and Bandwidth, O365 (E-Mail, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Operating Systems (Patches and Hardware Resolution), Backup and Storage related problems resolving, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy related. Well experienced to handle project individually with minimal monitoring of project Manager. Hands-on experience on SIEM (at least on 2 different make) , Syslog, McAFee (ePO configuration). Identify, evaluate, and recommend new products, technologies, roadmaps, strategies, and future trends in client-facing Windows hardware & software, Networking, as well as potential areas for process improvement. Ensure that solutions, processes, and business knowledge is documented and communicated to other members of the team to mitigate single point of contact risk. Job Role: Setting-up of LAN/WAN/VLAN networks Configuration, Assembling, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Router, Firewall, Server, desktop, and laptops. Manage Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of various Operating Systems (Windows Server and Windows Client) Manage Hardware requirements (Servers, Desktop and laptop, Network devices including firewall) Client OS and Server OS migration and upgradation. Project implementation for Cybersecurity (SIEM, NMS, End Point Protection, Backup tools, Syslog servers, Firewall, IDS etc.) Email and messaging, Skype, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, One Note etc. Application installation and related troubleshooting. Printer/Scanner related issues Browser related issues, configuration, and IE upgradation. MS Outlook Configuration & troubleshooting & Archiving & Add-ins. Installing & Configuring of Network printers & Scanners.
