- Job Description : Technical Lead Experience: 7 -10 years We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from concept to deployment, while guiding a team of engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices in IoT technologies. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of comprehensive IoT architectures, including device selection, connectivity protocols, data ingestion pipelines, cloud integration, and data analytics strategies. Mentor and guide a team of IoT developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and problem-solving support to ensure project success. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and define clear project scope. Build prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to validate technology feasibility and demonstrate potential solutions to clients. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of IoT systems on cloud platforms, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. Work with data analysts to extract meaningful insights from IoT data, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data transmitted by IoT devices, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Stay updated on emerging IoT technologies, evaluating new tools and frameworks to incorporate into projects. Conduct regular technical reviews to assess quality of the deliverables. Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Deep understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee) device management, data streaming, cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT Core). Proficiency in relevant programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java/C#/Node.js for developing embedded firmware and backend applications. Expertise in Agile methodologies, design patterns, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services for deploying and managing IoT solutions. Ability to analyse large volumes of IoT data using data analytics tools to generate valuable insights. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. ,
