The role involves managing network systems, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting IT operations to enhance efficiency and security. Key Responsibilities: Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Implement security measures, including VPNs, access controls, and firewalls. Manage network updates, backups, and documentation. System Administration: Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud environments. Ensure system security through updates, patches, and backups. Administer virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V. Support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud services. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for employees IT issues. Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring. Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect data and systems. Conduct vulnerability assessments and system hardening. Ensure IT policies align with industry standards and compliance requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT networking and system administration. Experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
