Establish Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with corporate and large hospitals to facilitate the outsourcing of infectious disease specialty samples to Infexn Laboratories.
Engage with specialist doctors, including BMT Specialists, Oncologists, Infectious Disease Specialists, Intensivists, Chest Physicians, General Physicians, Neurologists, Pediatricians, Gastroenterologists, Neonatologists, Gynecologists, Ophthalmologists, and others, to promote relevant tests from our menu and generate business.
Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) for the company and specific tests.
Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, keeping them engaged by providing updates on new tests and advancements in technology.
Stay vigilant about market competition, collect competitor insights, and share relevant information with senior management and the marketing team.
Manage a Medical Specialist List (MSL) of 60 clients and 250 doctors, ensuring at least 2530 regular prescribers.
Achieve a target of 34 new doctor conversions per month and ensure sustained business from them.
Analyze opportunities to generate additional revenue from existing clients.
Demonstrate strong sales acumen to convert potential leads and drive business growth.
Introduce and launch new tests to hospitals and doctors by coordinating with hospital labs, meeting Lab Heads, and ensuring seamless outsourcing of samples.
Monitor and drive business growth among channel partners within the assigned territory and participate in monthly sales review meetings.
Collaborate with channel partner sales teams to maximize sales performance.
Dedicate at least 12 days per month to working within channel partner territories to provide support, monitor sales, and address queries.
Conduct a minimum of 10 meetings per day to drive engagement and business growth.
Uphold a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, whether in person or over the phone.
Ensure attendance and meeting check-ins are accurately recorded in the designated software.
Prepare and present reports in the required formats for weekly meetings.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to the manager as per company guidelines.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 experience of hospital working and meeting the doctors.
Experience in Pharma selling to the specialists will be advantageous. Work experience of selling antibiotics and speciality drugs to the clinicians will be advantageous.
