We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst/Team Lead/Management Trainee/Assistant Manager Data Management and Operations/ Allboarding Responsibilities Team Supervision: Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and ensuring high performance. Monitor and evaluate team metrics to meet defined SLAs. Data Operations: Oversee data management processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Handle escalations and resolve complex data issues in a timely manner. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions. Present insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or process enhancements. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement strategies. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in data management, with at relevant year in a leadership role. Advanced proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HCM tool SuccessFactors will be an added advantage Proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements. Certifications in project management or data analytics. Key Skills And Attributes Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
