We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst/Team Lead/Management Trainee/Assistant Manager Learning Process Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of learning analysts, ensuring high performance. Monitor team metrics and adherence to SLAs. Learning Operations: Manage end-to-end coordination of learning programs. Oversee the development and delivery of training content. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and SMEs to align training with business goals. Present insights on learning outcomes and areas for improvement. Process Enhancement: Identify gaps in the learning process and implement enhancements. Leverage analytics to optimize learning programs. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related fields. Relevant years of experience in L&D roles, with at least relevant year in leadership. Advanced proficiency in LMS and eLearning tools. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in instructional design or L&D management. Experience in managing cross-functional training projects.
