    Job Purpose To develop OTC Sales Business for Linen in the region of Tamil Nadu by capturing new customers, to effectively implement new promotional strategies and achieve the sales and collection targets for the given territory. To monitor the movements of the competitor and in the market and devise strategies accordingly. Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context: Linen Fabrics is a product with low acceptance in the domestic markets. Over the years, through direct retailing Jayashree Textiles has propelled itself to emerge as a leader in this business. The current scenario requires capturing of new customer base to sustain this advantage. Job Challenges To keep oneself and the team motivated to propel and contribute to robust growth strategies in a highly competitive market environment. To spread awareness about Linen Fabrics and convert customers to long-term consumers. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Achieving Sales Targets Ensure achievement of sales target for OTC in the region of Tamil Nadu Sell and present new designs as per customer demand Act as a mediator to the design and development team to provide them primary insights on design based on customer demand Increase the quantity of sales of existing customers and ensure collection of customer feedback KRA2 Development of New Customer Base Identify potential customers, approach and interact with them to create awareness for Linen Fabrics and traction for our brand Create and present to them an exhaustive portfolio and pitch our service offerings KRA3 Handling Customer Financials and Receivables Assist the reporting manager in analysing and preparing detailed customer profile by visiting the customers to assess their recommended credit limits KRA4 Sales Volume Ensure that the sales target for retail MBOs and wholesale segment are achieved,
