Job Summary We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Insights and MI Tools Senior Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge reporting solutions in Tableau, PowerBI and Data Iku. If you have a knack for Business Intelligence, experience with the SuccessFactors recruiting module (RCM), and a solid grasp of Talent Acquisition practices, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in designing, delivering, and validating top-notch reporting solutions across all Talent Acquisition systems. Craft ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) strategies and processes for both system and non-system generated data within Talent Acquisition. Be the go-to person for advice Talent Acquisition colleagues and business stakeholders, helping them understand hiring trends, requisition stats, and challenges. Create actionable insights to spot inefficiencies or trends and suggest cool solutions to streamline processes for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Look for opportunities to automate insights generation using BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI. Support and guide your Talent Acquisition colleagues in adopting and making the most of reporting solutions. Identify risks and come up with smart solutions related to data governance and GDPR restrictions, ensuring everything's compliant and secure. Make sure our reporting supports Talent Acquisition colleagues in sticking to regulatory requirements, Country POIs, and all Standard Chartered processes and policies. Lead by example and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. Skills And Experience Strong technical skills in Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions. Expertise with the SuccessFactors recruiting module (RCM) / other HR systems Exceptional MS Excel skills for developing reporting and ETL solutions. Experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions and systems (like Tableau, PowerBI, Data Iku). Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and processes. Proven ability to generate actionable insights and automate insights generation. Skilled at supporting self service and training colleagues in using reporting solutions. Strong risk management skills related to data governance and GDPR restrictions Qualifications Proven track record in a similar role within Talent Acquisition or People analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially with technology platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory and business standards.
