- Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Cyber Security Domain and Cloud focused on Telecom, IT Security & AI/ML to join our team as a Practice Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience and understanding of AI/ML use cases in these domains. This is a customer-facing role requiring the ability to design innovative solutions that meet client needs while driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership Drive innovation by developing and enhancing service offerings that leverage AI/ML within the Telecom, Security, and Cloud domains. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide internal teams and customers in adopting advanced technologies. Consulting Experience in Cyber Security and Cloud domain towards Architecture, Design , Compliance Audits etc. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively. Customer Engagement Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as a strategic advisor for technology solutions. Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Gather feedback to refine and optimize offerings based on customer experiences. Presales and Solution Support Collaborate with sales, solution & delivery teams to understand customer requirements and design solutions in IT Security, Cloud, and AI/ML. Lead technical presentations, workshops, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses. Develop innovative solution architectures that integrate IT Security, Cloud, and AI/ML use cases. Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and effectiveness. AI/ML Use Case Development Identify and implement AI/ML-driven use cases in IT Security and Cloud. Work with customers to define AI/ML strategies tailored to their business objectives. Guide teams in integrating AI/ML technologies into security and cloud solutions. Technical Expertise Hands-on implementation and management experience in Security (e.g., IAM, threat detection, incident response) and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Working experience on various security functionality , compliance of components like FW VNF, Email Security etc. Knowledge of network protocols. Knowledge of Lawful Interception Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools. Stay updated on emerging technologies in Security, Cloud, and AI/ML, and incorporate them into Service offerings. Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Experience 15+ years of experience in Telecom, Security, and Cloud technologies, with at least 2+ years of experience in AI/ML use cases. Proven track record in presales, customer engagement, and solution design. Strong understanding of multi-cloud platforms, Security frameworks, and AI/ML applications. Skills Deep knowledge of Security standards, cloud computing architectures, and AI/ML techniques. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools (SIEM, firewalls, SASE). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, and AI/ML certifications are highly desirable.,
