To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Specialist Technical Training in Coimbatore. What a typical day looks like: Will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate Flex employees on all aspects of a company's supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring staff are proficient in managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs across the supply chain. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, of all functions of GBS-GPSC including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data Management, etc., Experience working in a supply chain environment, preferably with hands-on knowledge of relevant systems and processes. Ability to create comprehensive training modules covering various supply chain functions, for all grades, including theoretical concepts and practical applications. Ability to conduct classroom / virtual sessions, hands-on workshops, and e-learning programs to train employees at different levels within the supply chain, from Entry-level staff to Managers Willingness to work on flexible shifts on rotational basis. The experience were looking to add to our team: Experience 5-7 years in Manufacturing operations/Procurement/Planning/Inventory/ Logistics etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Education: Bachelors Degree or Engineering Graduates Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF) What youll receive for the great work you provide Health Insurance PTO PV14 Site ,
