Job Description

A leading financial services organization (home finance) is seeking a Professional Agile Lead with 10-12 years of experience in .NET and Oracle programming. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless system integration, and driving agile methodologies for efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test .NET applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for efficient project management. Provide technical expertise in .NET Core, microservices, and RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server). Lead data design and management, including Data Lake/Data Mart implementations. Identify and resolve development roadblocks, ensuring seamless project execution. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement suitable solutions, including API integrations. Manage and mentor technical teams, driving performance and solution delivery. Analyze integration requirements, evaluate vendors, and oversee implementation. Document technical specifications, define system architecture, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Work closely with multiple stakeholders and vendors to streamline integration and testing. This role requires strong .NET expertise with BFSI domain experience to drive innovation and compliance in financial technology solutions.
