Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are hiring recruitment executives for our consultancy
Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, university career fairs, and networking events.
2. Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions. Learn to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and experience against job requirements.
3. Candidate Engagement: Reach out to candidates via email or phone to introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest and availability. Learn to effectively communicate the organizations employer brand and value proposition.
4. Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared for the interview process. Learn to manage interview logistics and follow-up communication.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing candidate files, maintaining recruitment databases, and preparing recruitment-related documents.
6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, assistance, and support to candidates.
7. Learning and Development: Proactively seek opportunities to learn about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant technologies. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and principles is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and internet applications. "
