- Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the software industry. The candidate must excel in client communication, project planning, and execution while ensuring customer satisfaction. Immediate joiners or candidates between jobs are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: * Manage and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. * Conduct and manage client meetings, proactively address client concerns and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Project Planning and Execution: * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Team Coordination: * Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. * Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance teams. Workflow Analysis and Presentation: * Review and validate workflows and business processes. * Present high-level diagrams and workflows to clients for approval, ensuring they capture the essence of desired outcomes. Risk Management: * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts. * Keep clients informed of potential risks and suggest viable solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software or IT industry. * Proven experience handling US-based clients and projects. * Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. * Proficiency in creating and reviewing workflow diagrams and business processes. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Immediate availability or currently between jobs preferred.,
