This Job posting is for Only One Open Position Available In India with Prior Technical expertise as SAP Success Factors - Project Manager , Relevant Experience 7 + Years is Mandatory as per client's requirement. Job Title : SAP Success Factors - Project Manager Location: Chennai/Hyd/India (Remote/Hybrid Options Available) Job Description : Lead strategic SAP Success Factors integration projects, driving seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. You will manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Success Factors, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Include - Project Planning and Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Resource Allocation,Risk Management,Quality Assurance, Post-Implementation Review Manage end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects (EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB), including SAP integration. Develop detailed project plans, WBS, and schedules, capturing dependencies and milestones. Lead cross-functional teams, allocating resources and ensuring adherence to project plans. Drive stakeholder engagement, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Implement robust risk management strategies, proactively addressing potential issues. Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Conduct post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback and recommending improvements. Control project scope, change management, and risk mitigation. Produce timely project reports and summaries for stakeholders. Manage technical integration aspects between SAP and Success Factors. Qualifications: 7+ years project management Relevant experience, specializing in SAP Success Factors implementations. Bachelors/Masters Degree, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Expertise in Success Factors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB) and SAP integration. Proven experience managing end-to-end Success Factors projects, including technical configurations and integrations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and cloud-based project methodologies. Bachelors or Masters degree (Engineering, HR, IT); PMP or equivalent preferred. Experience with change management and training. Must be able to join at the earliest , Serving already notice period or in 30 days.,
