This is Worldline The Opportunity Job Title: Associate Consultant - Testing The position required for Automation Tester (80% testing+20% development). No manual tester please. Skills Required: Education: Ideally a 4 yr Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Location: Pune (1st choice), Bangalore (2nd Choice) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. Need a GCM 3 or a tester with good experience in testing as he will replace an experience internal test Need a technical people able to analyse log , trace , spec He will work also with Robot framework => So knowledge in development is needed ( not only during cursus ) Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Able to understand the existing program written and think how to automate the manual test cases. Ability to write test cases+ Execute automated test scripts+ analyzing the results based on framework. Ability to have test strategy+Test plan for automation. Good to know CI/CD pipeline. Language: Proficient in business English Competencies and Soft Skills: Automation Testing : Strong testing automation acumen with ability to understand existing manual automation and make it automation. Analytical Thinking and Reporting: Strong analytical skills with an ability to produce concise and accurate test cases. Active Listening and Empathy: Excellent listening skills and an empathetic approach to understanding stakeholder needs. Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills (English) to articulate complex programs Signs of success: You are team oriented but can also work independently You demonstrate a high degree of independence and self-motivation You stay up to date with new technologies and systems and can quickly learn about them You communicate complex procedures to other colleagues You collaborate clearly with colleagues and to customers according to their technical skill level.
