We adhere to global best practices across Products, Process, Technology, and Safety. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Project Manager located in Thoothukudi. The Solar Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term solar projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients and stakeholders; ensuring adherence to safety regulations; conducting site inspections; expediting processes; and managing project logistics and procurement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, with 10-15 years of Experience in Project Management, or related field Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD for design work. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience working in pooling substations up to 230KV. Knowledge of Substation Automation Systems (SAS). Experience with 230KV switchyards. Proven ability to manage and handle 50 MW solar power plants. Strong understanding of solar technology, design, and construction processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge of relevant regulations and permitting processes in the solar industry Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus,
