Senior Director R&D Engineering Synopsys" Systems Solutions Group seeks a Senior Director to lead IP development team in India that is focused on Mixed-signal DDRPHY front-end design & verification for key verticals like AI, Datacenter, and High-Performance Computing. The role involves IP Engineering Leadership, and you manage an engineering team, you work closely with product engineering managers, cross-functional leads, and customers to understand their needs and work across Synopsys BUs, Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to provide IP solutions. The role functions on a global scale and requires you to collaborate with partner engineering teams around the globe. Requirements MS or EE in relevant field is required. Minimum of 20 years of experience. Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience in memory protocols, e.g. DDR, LPDDR or HBM Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or exposure to Mixed-Signal simulations and methodologies Extensive end-to-end experience and complete life-cycle of IP or SOC product developments. Familiar with front-end Design & Verification methodologies with Synopsys EDA tools SOC experience in high performance designs and advanced technologies. Business operation mindset and project management experience, excellence in quality and productivity improvement. Demonstrated strong execution track record. Managed cross functional and global teams Comfortable in working with customers and building relationships. Managed teams responsible for IP development stages,
