- Skills: Trainee, Fresher, Learning And Development, Assiting Senior Technicians, Quality Control, Documentation, Reporting, Textile Engineering, Position : Trainee Textile No. Of Vacancy : 2 Job Location : Ahmedabad & Rajkot Qualification : B.Tech in Textile OR Diploma in Textile Salary : 14,000/- for Ahmedabad And 15,000/- for Rajkot Role And Responsibilities Learning and Development: Acquiring a thorough understanding of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, materials, and quality control standards through training sessions and on-the-job learning. Assisting Senior Technicians: Supporting experienced textile engineers and technicians in various tasks such as machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Production Support: Assisting in the production process by monitoring machine operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting minor issues. Quality Control: Participating in quality control procedures by conducting inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and machine maintenance. Generating reports as required by supervisors. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately. Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction in textile manufacturing operations. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments to achieve production goals and resolve issues. Training and Skill Development: Actively participating in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills, knowledge of textile processes, and understanding of industry best practices. Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrating flexibility in job responsibilities and willingness to work in different shifts or departments as required by production schedules. Professional Growth: Showing enthusiasm for career advancement within the textile industry and seeking opportunities for further education or specialization. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to convey ideas, report issues, and collaborate on projects.,
