Job Description
- Job Title: System and Network Administrator (Fresher) Responsibilities: Manage servers, including Windows and Linux-based systems, in both on-premises and cloud environments. Provide onsite support for clients from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 8 PM. Provide weekend support once a month, as required. Offer technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by users. Oversee internet connectivity and point-to-point connections onsite. Monitor systems daily and respond promptly to security or usability concerns. Regularly create and verify backups of critical data. Upgrade systems and processes to enhance functionality and address security vulnerabilities. Administer infrastructure components, including firewalls, databases, and malware protection software. Have basic knowledge of VPN setup and configuration. Utilize remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Proficiency in macOS is an added advantage. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments. Essential Soft Skills: Bright, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn. Passion for being part of a cutting-edge team that challenges the status quo. Technically strong with the ability to learn quickly. Focus on continuous improvement.
