Position: Steward

Qualification: HSE /Graduate/Hotel Management.

Experience: Knowledge and exp of Italian food and wine

Salary: 8k-12k

1) Responsible for assisting in achieving the departmental guest satisfaction targets andFood and Beverage revenues as determined by Company for the restaurant organization.

2) Follows all company service standards and sequences of service.

3)Complies with all company policies, rules and regulations

4) Resolves in a satisfactory and proactive manner all service and product deficiencies in his/her station and reports any incidents or challenges to the Senior Waiter or Waiter immediately.

5) Ensures that the workstation is properly set up for each meal period and the mise-enplace is sufficient for the expected level of business.

6) Follows schedules and work assignments and executes the side jobs that are determined by management

7)Assists in ensuring that special requests, dietary requirements of guests are observed and followed through in his/her station according tocompany policies.

1) Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternate. 2) In depth food and beverage knowledge. 3) Remarkable communication skills
