Role: Head of Marketing Reporting To: Commercial Head (Sales & Marketing) Team: 4-member marketing team Location: Hyderabad or Mumbai Objective Lead the brand management team to launch an exciting in-licensed product and the most prestigious brand for GG-India. Key Responsibilities New Product Planning & Launch Identify portfolio gaps through customer insights and global market trends. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to assess feasibility and profitability. Prioritize product launches based on risk-benefit analysis and company strengths. Oversee pre-launch strategy, go-to-market planning, and promotional materials to ensure a successful launch. Brand & Sales Strategy Set growth targets aligned with market potential and competition. Develop and implement brand strategies based on market trends and customer behavior. Monitor sales performance, identify gaps in execution, and drive corrective actions. Customer Engagement & Market Presence Strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through medical programs and conferences. Oversee customer engagement initiatives, including non-product-based programs (e.g., CMEs). Gather and leverage field feedback to refine marketing strategies. Strategic Initiatives & Business Growth Drive business development, new launches, co-marketing opportunities, and geographic expansion. Work closely with internal strategy teams and external partners to enhance market presence. Team Leadership & Development Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide mentorship. Identify training needs and implement development programs. Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Key Stakeholders Internal: Division Head, Marketing Team, Sales Team, Sales Training, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Legal. External: BD Partners, Advertising Agencies, Doctors, Healthcare Professionals, Vendors. Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate in Science + MBA Experience: 8-10 years in Product Management, preferably in chronic therapy markets. Key Attributes Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. Proven expertise in brand building and market expansion.,
