- 9 - 12 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager Experience Range: 10 - 12 years Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi & Trivandrum Job Overview: UST is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Salesforce Project Manager to lead and drive Salesforce projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and Agile coaching, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations. This role requires strong technical solutioning experience in Salesforce, the ability to guide teams towards Agile maturity, and effective stakeholder communication. Must-Have Skills: Agile & Scrum Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies Salesforce Project Experience: Managed at least 2 large-scale Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) Technical Solutioning: Strong expertise in evaluating Configuration vs. Customization in Salesforce Scrum Mastery: Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) Stakeholder Communication: Ability to partner with Product Owners and business teams to drive project success Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Strong knowledge and hands-on experience Servant Leadership: Ability to coach and guide teams in self-organization and Agile best practices Good-to-Have Skills: Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Salesforce Vlocity Experience Business Analysis Expertise Finance Industry Experience Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web Services, Google APIs, JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, etc.) Object-Oriented Programming: Experience in J2EE/.Net platforms Salesforce Lightning Experience: Worked on Omnistudio, Aura Framework, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Key Responsibilities: Guide teams and organizations in adopting Agile/Scrum practices for successful Salesforce project execution Plan, coordinate, monitor, and support the implementation of multiple Salesforce solutions Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth delivery and process improvements Remove impediments and shield the team from disruptions Foster a trusting and collaborative environment for high-performing Agile teams Ensure transparency in project progress by communicating effectively with external stakeholders and business teams Assist Product Owners in grooming and maintaining the Salesforce product backlog Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices Other Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT discipline Preferred Work Experience: Small to mid-sized Agile implementations (1-5 teams) Skills Agile Methodology,Scrum Methodology,Kanban,Salesforce About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
