Job Description Position Overview RVS IT is currently looking for a Technical Trainer to support the technical learning needs of its global workforce. Based out of Jammu and reporting into the Chief Operations Officer, this role will be responsible for all technical learning programs across RVS IT's multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate and deliver world class Technical Learning to RVS IT employees across its global locations Take a lead in creating Technical Learning & Coaching strategies for the organization Coordinate with in-house Team Leaders to develop innovative learning programs to be delivered across different platforms - instructor-led, web-based, manuals, job aides and eLearning solutions. Keep the learning modules current by updating/revising it on an ongoing basis based on the updates from various internal departments Research and work with different internal teams to improve RVS IT services Support the COO in developing an efficient knowledge management framework for technical knowledge Work closely with internal teams to identify technical training needs and create and provide learning support based on the identified needs. Monitor performance and provide coaching support to the associates on the floor Who Are We: RVS IT is a UK based British MNC serving IT MSPs based across the UK and mainland Europe with end users spread across the USA, UK and mainland Europe. The end users are provided technical support and IT consultancy services from our Jammu based Network Operations Centre 24x7x365. Requirements Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical/Product Trainer in a corporate environment Excellent knowledge of current technology and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal skills A hands-on approach towards learning & development Proficient in MS Office tools A working knowledge of Servers and IT Architecture A basic understanding of cloud computing Experience working with remote teams Experience in delivering training through webinars Experience in content development. Strong background in IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or helpdesk operations. iii. Expertise in communication skills training, professional writing, and client interaction. iv. Familiarity with ISO standards, ITIL frameworks, and best practices in IT service management is a plus. v. Experience with instructional design, e-learning tools, and LMS platforms. vi. Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. vii. Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive training methods.,
