Key Responsibilities: Build & Lead: Establish and manage a high-performance software development team for a SaaS startup, ensuring best engineering practices. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define and drive the technical vision, including technology selection, database structuring, and developing a fungible architecture for scalability and robustness. SaaS Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring it meets enterprise-level standards. AI & Innovation: Leverage expertise in AI, Agentic AI, and automation to integrate cutting-edge technologies into the product. Commercial Tech Leadership: Align technology strategy with business goals, working closely with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Product teams to create a commercially viable SaaS product. Key Qualifications: Prior experience leading software development teams in a SaaS startup is a must. Strong technical acumen in AI, Agents AI, cloud architectures, and scalable SaaS infrastructure. Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, database design, and enterprise software development. Proven ability to commercialise tech products, aligning technology and go-to-market strategies. Entrepreneurial experienceeither as a founder or an early-stage tech leader in a startup. Excellent leadership skills to manage a fast-moving startup while maintaining technical excellence.
