Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager specializing in corporate client development & engagement at Suvidha Placements Limited. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, managing client accounts, and facilitating the recruitment process by sourcing, screening and delivering right talent delivery with the collaborating with cross-functional consultants within stipulated timeframes. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Client engagement and account management experience Recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in recruitment consulting or executive search will be preferred,
