Job Description
- Job summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience in F&O - Project Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver significant value. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on driving successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company objectives Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful completion Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and address any issues promptly Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and risk assessments Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiency Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes Qualifications * Must have extensive experience in F&O Project Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management Should possess strong organizational and time management skills Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Should be proficient in using project management tools and software Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects Should be adept at risk management and problem-solving Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Should have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Must be committed to delivering high-quality project outcomes Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges Must be dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development. Certifications Required PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent project management certification.,
