Designation: Senior Executive - Branding & Promotions Roles & Responsibilities: Managing overall Brand Strategy in consultation with other stakeholders and based on understanding of target market Responsible for creating all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, and websites well versed with the tendering process. Should have had the experience of coordinating with agencies / designers for marketing brochures, and leaflets, Should have an understanding of managing expo stalls in events as well buying different media like radio, billboards, etc. Should be an extremely hands-on guy focused on results with deadlines in mind. Managing the marketing and promotional activities (writing original content and design for marketing brochures & design, events, and expos as well as strategic below-the-belt marketing campaigns) of the organization Coordinating and participating in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. Analysing surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends Assisting in developing marketing plans by conducting research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information and follow-up by creating graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software. Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing & Branding from any popular real-estate companies. Qualification MBA / BBA / Design in Marketing / Branding / Advertising from a Good institution. Skills Positive attitude with a target-oriented work approach. Excellent communication and command of English & Telugu essential Must have a Design and Visual appeal sense to be able to understand creatives and approve them based on the need and target segment.
