Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Experience:
    Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing expert advice on luxury ceramic bath fittings.
    Deliver personalized service to high-end clientele, ensuring a premium experience.
    Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and professionally.
    2. Sales Management:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team for optimal performance.
    Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement.
    3. Inventory Management:
    Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the showroom is stocked with a diverse range of luxury
    ceramic bath fittings.
    Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products.
    Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
    4. Showroom Maintenance:
    Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    Arrange product displays to highlight the latest trends and styles in luxury ceramic bath fittings
    and wooden flooring.
    Implement promotional displays and marketing materials to attract and engage customers.
    5. Administrative Duties:
    Manage the showroom budget, including tracking expenses, revenues, and profit margins.
    Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


    Qualifications:
    1. Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in
    the luxury home improvement or ceramic bath fittings industry.
    2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high-end customer service.
    4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    5. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    7. 3-7 years of experience in store management.
