Company: IT Services Organization Key Skills: SolarWinds, Network Monitoring Roles and Responsibilities: Network Implementation: Implement equipment installation plans according to Network Administrators" specifications. Network Maintenance: Maintain network components and troubleshoot issues. Security Management: Monitor network firewalls, assess router functionality, ensure updated security software, and develop email policies. Phone System Management: Maintain the organizational phone system. NMS Tool Expertise: Possess hands-on experience in deploying and monitoring the SolarWinds NMS tool. Network Management Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of network management, NMS software applications, and platforms. Monitoring Definition: Define monitoring parameters, reports, and delivery team scope. Network Management Application Expertise: Analyze, use, and configure network management applications for medium to complex networks. Workload Management: Manage workload and assignments efficiently, resolving time-critical situations professionally. Training and Mentoring: Provide systems product training, mentor others, and assist in problem resolution. Documentation: Accurately and completely document problems and solutions. Lab Testing: Perform lab testing for advanced configuration and troubleshooting on NMS tools. Skills Required: Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly Good time management skills Ability to follow processes Strong documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with SolarWinds NMS tool (Airwave or Thousand Eyes a plus) Knowledge of network management principles and practices Understanding of NMS software applications and platforms Ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices Familiarity with network security best practices Education: Any Graduation,
