- About Preimage: Preimage is at the forefront of transforming construction project delivery through cutting-edge 360 reality capture workflows and BIM processes. Were seeking a dedicated BIM professional with robust experience in the scan-to-BIM and construction documentation process to lead our project delivery efforts. Position Overview: As our BIM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of projects by managing the scan-to-BIM process and digital construction documentation. Youll work closely with architectural drawings and client requirements to produce precise as-built records and construction reports. This role involves direct client engagement, including visits to customer offices in and around Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee project delivery with a focus on the scan-to-BIM process and high-quality construction documentation. Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and QGIS to manage digital models and reports, providing critical feedback and ensuring quality standards are met. Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural drawings accurately to ensure all client requirements are met. Delivery: Be able to run basic scripts on Linux and Windows machines. Client Engagement: Regularly visit client offices in and around Bangalore to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth project progress. Team Coordination: Lead project teams with a balanced, calm yet assertive approach, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. What Were Looking For: Experience: 4+ years in the construction or architectural industry with direct experience in BIM and scan-to-BIM processes. Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and preferably QGIS. Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic programming to support process automation. You won't need to program anything, but should be able to navigate in a Linux environment and run scripts as/when needed. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a strong ability to interpret and translate client requirements. Leadership: A proven leader who remains calm under pressure, effectively managing teams and client interactions. Mindset: Ambitious, proactive, and ready to contribute to a growing startup environment. Location: Based in Bangalore, with a commitment to working 3-4 days at our HSR Layout office and traveling as necessary.
