A demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional, multisite delivery spanning 8000+ HC and a $100 300 Mn+ business. We seek a growth-oriented leader who can execute seamlessly in a dynamic business environment, providing direct leadership to BPS delivery teams, operating teams, and back-office teams. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner who understands the impact of technology and AI on business process services, delivering exceptional outcomes while maximizing productivity.
