Job Description
- Data Manager / System Administrator: Oversee the process of data entry, including ensuring accurate input of data from various sources (manual, automated, external feeds, etc.). Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from internal and external systems to meet organizational needs. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate output of data to stakeholders, including reports, dashboards, and databases. Establish and enforce data entry standards and quality control measures to prevent errors and maintain consistency. Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure that data inputs and outputs align with business objectives. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues in data accuracy or flow. Create and maintain documentation for data input/output workflows and processes. Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and systems supporting data flow. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform regular system maintenance tasks including patch management, backups, and security updates. Ensure the security and integrity of data stored on systems, including managing access control, encryption, and data protection measures. Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations. Provide system administration support for various platforms and technologies, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain external systems or infrastructure services. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data management, systems administration, or a combined role. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Experience with data automation tools or data integration platforms. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,
