    Job Profile IT Support & System Administrator Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support & System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset, capable of maintaining and enhancing our network infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of our systems. Key Responsibilities Network Management: Design, implement, and manage company LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks. Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary to ensure high availability and reliability. Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures. System Support Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Perform regular system upgrades and patch management. User Support Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of IT systems. Conduct training sessions to improve user understanding and utilization of IT resources. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation. Maintenance And Monitoring Perform routine audits of systems and software. Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and network bandwidth. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Compliance And Documentation Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a network or system support role. Hands-on experience with network hardware and software. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Skills Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Proficiency with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
