Company Description Realauto is a fast-growing PropTech company in India, revolutionizing the real estate sector with innovative technology solutions. The Realauto platform offers tailored services for Indian real estate brokers and developers, featuring a powerful matchmaking engine and AI-based technology for efficient deal-making. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CTO on a Real Estate Technology Startup Platform at Realauto located in Bengaluru. The CTO will be responsible for software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development to drive the technological vision of the company. Qualifications: 6-7 years of Software Development and Architecture skills Project Management and Product Development expertise IT Strategy knowledge Experience in leading technology teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Previous experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus What We Offer: A unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering venture in the real estate technology space.
