About Zime.ai Zime.ai is a pre-seed funded company based in the Bay Area, California that helps sales leaders scale their sales teams. At Zime.ai, we`re disrupting the SAAS landscape with our cutting-edge GenAI technology. Our mission is to build an AI-CRO (aka brain of the sales org) and then drive actions & results across GTM org. Our GenAI native platform is set to disrupt the entire SAAS landscape, and we need an exceptional Engineering Leader to bring this vision to life. Role Overview As the Engineering Leader at Zime.ai, you will be at the helm of developing our cutting-edge GenAI platform. You`ll be responsible for tying together a robust web stack with advanced LLMs across various GenAI applications. Your role will involve building architectures, developing IP with our data scientist team, and managing a high-performing engineering team to deliver groundbreaking solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer,Adoption First Mindset - Prioritize user needs and ensure our platform drives maximum adoption and impact. Technical Integration - Seamlessly integrate web stack technologies (MySQL, Node, Rails, React, AWS) with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure) across GenAI applications (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLMs). Architect & IP Development - Design and develop comprehensive flowcharts and architectures, and collaborate on building IP with our data scientist team using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). Team Management - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented engineers to achieve outstanding results. Growth Mindset & Ownership - Exhibit a strong growth mindset with high ownership, continuously seeking improvements and driving the team towards excellence. Standards & Innovation - Establish and maintain high standards for the platform, pushing the boundaries of what`s possible and refusing to settle for the status quo. Required Skills Customer Focus - Deep understanding of user needs and a relentless drive to meet and exceed them. Technical Expertise - Proficiency in web stack technologies (MySQL, Node, Rails, React, AWS) and experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure) across various GenAI applications. Process Development - Ability to create and refine robust processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Leadership - Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
