One of it's captive manufacturing unit has the following open position: Role - AGM / DGM Sales Type - B2B Sales Product - Gold & silver foils Work Experience: 10 to 15 years Work Location: Noida, India Salary: Best in the industry Proven track record of success in B2B sales of gold & silver foils, ideally within the FMCG (chocolate industry) & food packaging industry (HORECA). Identify potential clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of companies, understanding their packaging challenges that meet their quality, safety, and branding requirements, while achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Understanding of packaging materials like foils, design principles, and regulatory compliance. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging packaging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. Regularly track sales performance against targets, provide accurate sales forecasts, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.,
