- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Openings: 1 Salary Range: Description: The JD for the Product Owner: Ideation and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and market opportunities. Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and prototyping activities to generate innovative ideas for AI-based B2B SaaS solutions. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of product features, experiments, and enhancements. Ensure alignment with stakeholders on product goals and deliverables. AI-Driven Product Development: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and software teams to conceptualize and build AI-powered features and capabilities. Translate AI concepts into clear requirements and user stories for the development team. Evaluate the feasibility and value of AI models and solutions to ensure they meet business and customer needs. Customer-Centric Approach: Work closely with customers and end-users to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and validate ideas. Test and iterate on prototypes and MVPs to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. Collaboration & Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between business, engineering, design, and data teams. Champion an innovation mindset across the organization, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking. Provide clear direction and decision-making to ensure timely product delivery. Metrics and Performance Tracking: Define success metrics and track product performance to ensure the delivery of business value. Leverage analytics and feedback to iterate and improve products continuously. Product Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work closely with development teams to remove blockers, manage sprints, and ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for successful product launches and adoption. Establish strong release management processes for seamless deployment. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the SaaS industry. Proven experience in delivering AI-powered products or solutions. Experience working in an innovation lab or startup environment is preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and product lifecycles. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and their practical applications in business. Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize competing demands. Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Mindset: Passion for innovation and solving complex problems. Curious, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.,
