We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media initiatives across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Create, manage, and schedule content calendars for various clients. Plan and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) tailored for different platforms. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator. Write compelling captions, copy, and content aligned with brand voice and objectives. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community building strategies. Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred). Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for basic graphic design tasks. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content marketing. Experience in creating and managing content calendars. Excellent copywriting skills and ability to craft engaging social media content. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
