Job Description: Head of Product & Design Location: Noida Experience: 10+ years in product management and design leadership, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Job Responsibilities:- Product Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success) to deliver exceptional product experiences. Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis into actionable product strategies. Design Leadership: Lead the UX/UI design team to create intuitive, visually stunning, and functional product designs. Ensure all design efforts align with user needs, brand guidelines, and business objectives. Drive a culture of design thinking and user empathy across the organization. Team Management & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers and designers. Foster collaboration and innovation within the team while ensuring timely delivery of projects. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the leadership team and the product/design team. Present product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives and clients. Collaborate with clients and end-users to gather feedback for iterative improvements. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record as a product leader, with 10+ years in product management and UX/UI design leadership. Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is a must. Background as a co-founder or leadership role in a design agency/startup is a strong plus. Skills: Deep understanding of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and design thinking. Strong expertise in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful design-led product innovations. Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Aha!).
