Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for End to End recruitment involved in full recruitment cycle across all levels and various skills.
Responsible for Sourcing and recruiting talent.
Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.
Effective use of various modes of Sourcing like Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Posting on Job Portals & Portal Search, .
Follow-ups with the candidates as well as clients .
