- Title: Product Owner - Construction Tech (AI/Client) Experience: 7+ yearshidden_mobilehidden_mobilehidden_mobilehidden_mobilehidden_mobile Job location: Hyderabad (Work from office) Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the construction tech industry preferred and a proven track record of delivering successful products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document product requirements, creating detailed specifications for the development team. Product Development: Oversee the product development process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. User Experience: Ensure the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Launch & Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and sales training. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction tech industry with a focus on AI/Client applications. Strong understanding of construction processes, technologies, and industry challenges. Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience with agile development methodologies. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!). Familiarity with AI/Client tools and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn),
