Job Description

Site Progress Assessment: Conduct regular site visits to evaluate actual construction progress. Compare actual progress with reported progress and identify gaps. Prepare detailed reports highlighting gaps and providing recommendations. Quality Assurance: Assess construction quality and adherence to specified standards and guidelines. Identify defects and areas requiring improvement. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Completion Timeline Estimation: Analyze project schedules and forecast expected time to complete. Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions. Inventory & Material Reconciliation: Verify inventory levels at site and reconcile with reported stock. Verify proper documentation and utilization of materials. Identify shortages or excess materials and recommend procurement or redistribution actions. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead the internal monitoring and assessment team (IMAT) and delegate responsibilities effectively. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Provide guidance and training to team members for effective assessment and reporting. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed site visit reports with findings and recommendations. Ensure documentation is maintained for future reference and audit purposes. Present key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
