Job Description

Position: Junior system administrator Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience -2 Years Education: BE, B.Tech (CS/IT), MSc-IT Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating systems, networking, VOIP, IT security, and hardware installations. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities Install and configure: Install, configure, and test hardware and software Maintain: Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and network file systems Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Secure: Secure data and systems, and ensure disaster recovery Support users: Provide technical support to users, and ensure they have access to the right systems Manage inventory: Track and maintain hardware and software inventory Manage accounts: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights Onboard users: Create user accounts and assign permissions for new employees Provide training: Provide end-user training on new software applications . Skills and qualifications Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking Previous experience in an IT support role Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
