Qualifications : Experience : 1-3 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or related fields. Technical Skills : Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux-based systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Knowledge of backup and recovery systems. Problem-Solving : Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Security Awareness : Basic understanding of security best practices, including user access management and firewalls. Communication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and users.
