Job Description

    Job Title: Sales HR Coordinator (For New Project-Looking After Sales HR for Sales Executives, Beauty Advisors and Sales Team) Job Summary: The position is responsible for supporting the HR and sales teams in ensuring that sales-related HR processes are handled efficiently. This role involves a mix of human resources administration, recruitment, employee relations, and supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks. The Sales HR Coordinator ensures smooth operations, improves sales team productivity, and enhances employee engagement while supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting and staffing processes for the sales department, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate the onboarding process for sales staff. Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for new employees, including contracts, policies, and other HR forms. Support the sales team by ensuring that all necessary training materials and resources are available for new hires. Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records for the sales department in HR software or systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to sales personnel, tracking attendance, leave, and performance. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and tracking sales team metrics, including sales goals and objectives. Help organize training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Provide administrative support for managing performance improvement plans (PIPs), employee feedback, and reward systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR role, sales administration, or office coordination. Strong understanding of sales processes and HR best practices. Familiarity with HRIS systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both sales and HR teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach with problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and sales data management. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments. Experience with performance management, employee recognition, and sales incentive programs. Work Environment: Primarily office-based role with regular business hours. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or to support sales activities. Collaborative work environment, requiring close coordination with HR, sales, and management teams.,
