- Position: Senior News Research Analyst Uncover Insights, Lead Conversations Join REIN Labs as a Team Lead! Summary: Are you an experienced research professional with a passion for analysis, content creation, and management Do you enjoy conducting in-depth research, writing impactful articles, and leading discussions through interviews and podcasts REIN Labs is looking for a Senior News Research Analyst to drive research initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to thought leadership through engaging content and discussions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Research Projects: Oversee and guide research across diverse domains such as policy, geopolitics, technology, and social developments. Primary Research & Interviews: Conduct in-depth primary research, including interviews with industry experts and thought leaders. Content Creation: Write high-quality research reports, articles, blogs, and news summaries based on research findings. Podcasts & Thought Leadership: Host and moderate insightful discussions through podcasts, interviews, and research-driven content initiatives. Trend Analysis & Monitoring: Track and analyze current events, policy shifts, global affairs, and industry trends to generate valuable insights. Mentorship & Team Development: Train and mentor junior research analysts, providing guidance on research methodologies, content development, and industry best practices. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop research-driven content strategies that enhance REIN Labs influence in the industry Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Journalism/ Social Sciences/Political Science Experience: 4-5 years of experience in research, content writing, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and information synthesis. Experience conducting interviews, hosting podcasts, or moderating discussions. Excellent writing skills with a proven track record of publishing articles, blogs, or research papers. Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and informative content.
