About Cybage: Cybage has a mature testing practice with a strong team working on verification and validation of some of the most complex products. We are looking for sharp engineers with an aptitude for learning new domains and testing methodologies to join our team. Mandatory Skills: Strong Automation Testing Experience: Minimum 4+ years in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. Test Framework Development: Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, or custom frameworks). Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one programming language used in automation, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automation tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). API Testing: Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. Performance Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with performance testing using tools such as JMeter or Gatling. Test Management and Leadership: Proven experience in leading QA teams, mentoring, and providing direction in test strategy, execution, and reporting. Agile Testing Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and how to implement testing strategies in Agile environments. Bug Tracking and Test Management Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar for tracking bugs and managing test cases. Good-to-Have Skills: Cloud Testing: Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments, especially on AWS. Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing practices, tools (like OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite), and strategies. Mobile Automation: Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools like Appium or Espresso. Data-Driven and Behavior-Driven Testing: Experience with frameworks like Cucumber for BDD and writing Gherkin scripts. DevOps Awareness: Basic understanding of DevOps practices and how testing integrates with DevOps workflows. AI/ML in Testing: Exposure to AI-driven automation testing tools or applying machine learning to testing strategies. Load and Stress Testing: Knowledge of load and stress testing tools like LoadRunner or similar. Cross-Browser Testing: Experience with tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs for cross-browser testing. Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders to identify testing needs and communicate results.,
