Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Design and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and system testing. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new features. Perform manual testing to ensure the functionality and usability of software applications. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Monitor debugging process results. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Ensure all defects are logged and tracked to closure. Requirements 2-3 years of proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with black box testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Strong understanding of web application testing. Familiarity with API testing Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Basic understanding of SQL. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have ISTQB or equivalent certification. Experience with automation tools. Familiarity with SaaS application testing.
