Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to promote banking products and services for Corporate employees program i.e SA, UL, CC etc Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to design and enhance employee banking products tailored to meet the needs of the workforce. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of corporates, including HR departments, to understand employee needs and promote banking solutions. Sales and Marketing: Develop sales and marketing plans to drive employee banking product adoption, including targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to employee banking products and services. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Corporate relationship managers and Personal bankers responsible for driving customer acquisition and savings account balances, increasing product penetration per customers and portfolio management, implementing employee banking initiatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics related to employee banking products, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Develop and promote banking solutions tailored to the needs of employees, driving revenue growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications may be preferred. 15 plus years of experience in retail banking, corporate banking, or a related field, with a track record of success in sales, product management, and team leadership roles. Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and digital banking platforms. Familiarity with employee banking trends and best practices is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders and present strategies and reports. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive business growth. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and strategic planning, to lead a team and achieve departmental goals. Job objective Increase Product Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption of employee banking products and services among the workforce. Enhance Employee Satisfaction: Improve employee satisfaction by providing convenient and personalized banking solutions that meet their financial needs. Drive Revenue Growth: Increase revenue streams by promoting and selling employee banking products such as loans, deposits, credit cards, and investment options. Expand Market Share: Expand the market share of the organization's employee banking offerings by targeting new customers and retaining existing ones. Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HR departments, key stakeholders, and external vendors to support employee banking initiatives. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to employee banking products and services. Optimize Operations: Streamline processes and operations related to employee banking to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition, retention rates, and profitability to track progress and identify areas for improvement. By setting and achieving these objectives, an Employee Banking Head contributes to the overall success of the organization by driving revenue, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
