Its business segment are: Biologics Contract Development and manufacturing operations (CDMO): End-to-end CDMO services in Biologics with capabilities from clone development up to GMP manufacturing supported by bio-reactor capacities ranging from 20L to 2,000L Biosimilars out-licensing and supply : One of the largest product pipeline amongst Indian companies; 18 products across Wave 1 and Wave II of launches In CDMO segment, Enzene has made great strides over the last few years e.g., developed true continuous manufacturing capabilities, expanded capacity in India as well as US (underway), and kick started CDMO operations Role Overview: We are seeking a Team Lead to drive Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiatives, develop and manage the organization-wide business performance dashboard, lead process automation efforts, and oversee the creation of executive-level slide decks and reports for investor meetings and critical updates to the CEO and senior leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, data visualization expertise, and experience in governance, automation, and executive communications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Management Develop and implement the Balanced Scorecard framework to track key business performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with business units to define and refine performance metrics. Regularly analyze, monitor, and report BSC outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 2. Organization-Wide Business Dashboard Development Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive business dashboard to provide real-time performance insights. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection. Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms to create interactive dashboards. Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting functions. 3. Process Automation & Workflow Optimization Identify opportunities for process automation across departments to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement automated workflows, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI-driven solutions. Optimize data collection, reporting, and governance processes to reduce manual effort. Conduct training sessions to drive adoption of automation initiatives. 4. Governance & Business Process Improvement Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure data-driven decision-making and compliance. Develop and implement best practices for business process optimization and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Organize and facilitate governance meetings, ensuring follow-ups on key action items. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through stakeholder collaboration. 5. Executive Reporting & Investor Presentation Management Create and maintain repositories of executive slide decks and reports for investor meetings, business reviews, and critical CEO updates. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure presentations effectively communicate key business insights, performance updates, and strategic direction. Work closely with finance, strategy, and investor relations teams to align messaging with business objectives. Ensure presentations are data-driven, visually compelling, and executive-ready. Standardize templates and branding for business presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, or related fields. 7+ years of experience in business performance management, data analytics, process automation, or executive reporting. Strong expertise in Balanced Scorecard frameworks, KPI tracking, and business intelligence reporting. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or RPA tools for automation. Experience in organization-wide dashboard development and performance reporting. Proven ability to create high-quality executive presentations and investor reports. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.,
